Luxembourg-born singer Krick has released her brand new single Way Too Busy, a disco-infused track that takes on the pressures of modern life. She joined the Sam Steen Show this week to talk about the song, her creative process, and a major announcement about what comes next.
"Way Too Busy is about the world we live in right now, where everything is fast, everyone is stressed, and we’re often too busy to do the things we really want to do," Krick explained on air. While the lyrics reflect that struggle, the song itself is wrapped in a funky, upbeat sound designed, as Krick joked, "for people to dance to in their cars on the way to work."
The single follows her recent release My Way and marks another step toward her debut album, The First Chapter. Krick revealed exclusively on Today Radio that the record will arrive later this year, with a special release show at Rockhal on Sunday, 13 December. The concert will see her backed by a 10-piece live band, with support from our friend and artist Josh Island.

The Rockhal show will be her first full-length headline concert, and promises a mix of new material, fan favourites, and unreleased tracks. It represents a major milestone in Krick's journey from nursing to full-time music, and reflects her growth as both a songwriter and performer.
"This concert is my way of saying thank you to those who've supported me, and a chance to share who I am, through music,” Krick says. "It's not just a show. It’s the beginning of something real."
Tickets for Krick at Rockhal on 13 December are on sale now via Rockhal.
