Get ready for a night of indie-rock anthems and infectious energy as Franz Ferdinand bring their celebrated The Human Fear and Greatest Hits tour to Rockhal in Esch/Belval (promoted by den A)

Ahead of their Glastonbury appearance, Franz Ferdinand have announced details of a UK/EU headline tour in spring of next year. Their Luxembourg show is still a way off, April 2026 in fact, but it's gonna be a good 'un.

Having released their their much-acclaimed seventh album, The Human Fear, on Domino in January of this year, the past few months have seen the band out on the road globally, playing sold-out headline shows in North and South America and a two-night sell-out at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, among others.

The tour sees the band make a return to Rockhal in April 2026, before which this summer sees them play extensively across the festivals of Europe before heading to Australia and Japan at the end of the year

The Glasgow-based band, known for their razor-sharp riffs and dancefloor-ready indie/rock, will perform fan favourites from across their two-decade career – including hits like Take Me Out, Do You Want To, and No You Girls. This show promises to be a full-throttle celebration of one of the 2000s' most influential guitar bands.

Franz Ferdinand first exploded onto the scene in 2004 with their self-titled debut, injecting post-punk with glam swagger and angular grooves that redefined the sound of indie rock. Over the years, they've built a reputation for exhilarating live shows, blending tight musicianship with an irrepressible sense of fun.

The Greatest Hits tour is a chance for fans to relive the band's finest moments, all delivered with the same charisma and intensity that made them global stars.

Tickets are on sale soon via atelier.lu and with the band's enduring popularity, they won’t last long.
