Due to unforeseen circumstances, Casino Luxembourg has announced that iconic Icelandic artist Björk will no longer be part of the 'Spark Epoch' event for the official opening of Luxembourg Art Week this Friday, 22 November.

The exciting artistic event will continue as previously planned, as the Icelandic artist's DJ set appeared to be a last-minute surprise addition to the programme.

The organisers maintain that it will be an 'epic' evening.

'Spark Epoch' is brought to life by an eclectic lineup of artists: Ásta Fanney Sigurðardóttir, Esben Weile Kjær, Mun Sing, and galR (Nani Xtra & 6iozinho). Each artist brings their own distinctive practice to the stage, with works that span a variety of fields and subjects. Together, they provide a dynamic exploration of time, culture, and lived experience, inviting the audience to reflect on what it means to be alive in today's world.

The event is taking place on Friday, 22 November, starting at 9pm and going until 2am.

Admission is free.
