After a break of four years, the Art'Lënster international art festival will take place on 15 and 16 April in and around Junglinster.
Art'Lënster is the region's largest exhibition of fine art and crafts which include art on glass, wood, metal and ceramics. On the occasion of Art'Lënster 2023, Bourglinster Castle and its annex will also offer various workshops, dance and theatre performances, film screenings and readings, with musical entertainment provided by two marching bands.
The biennial festival, organised by the Cultural Commission of Junglinster, had its debut in 2009 and has attracted many art enthusiasts ever since. After a 2021 cancellation due to COVID restrictions, the 7th edition of the event is coming up. Over 130 artists - from the municipality, the region and nearby countries - will be exhibiting their works in a total of 9 locations throughout Junglinster, Gonderange and Bourglinster.
