From 23 to 26 May, Luxembourgish artists showcased their work at the Salon Révélations in the Grand-Palais of Paris.

Last week Luxembourg was the “featured country” in the Salon Révélations of the renown Paris Grand-Palais. 23 artists demonstrated the skill and quality of Luxembourg’s arts and crafts, and it is this level of recognition and exposure that the De Mains de Maîtres initiative, established 3 years ago by HRH Princess Stephanie, had aimed for. Another objective includes reinvigorating young people’s interests in the field.

However, once this interest is established, there is something of a lack in terms of educational systems and structures. The Chamber of Trades is aware that there is a distinct absence of schools and courses.
