This weekend 80 exhibitors at the Mineral Expo offer a wide variety of minerals, crystals, fossils, jewellery and other gems spread out over about 2.000 square meters.

The exhibition is once again organised by Steenhaus Sarl and the Terre Magique association. According to the organiser, the jewels are the star attraction of the event. However, the minerals in their different shapes, colours and varied structures attract a lot of attention as well.

Thousands of minerals, including unique pieces, but also fossils, such as fossilised shark teeth discovered in Morocco, are among the treasures to discover.

The Mineral Expo, known beyond the Luxembourgish borders, expects 2,000 visitors this weekend. Entry is €6, and the expo is open until 6pm on Sunday 4 November.
