A little over 25,000 people visited several museums that took part in the 18th edition of the "Nuits des Musées" (night of the museums) on Saturday evening in Luxembourg City. This is an 19.6% increase compared to last year.
Seven Luxembourg City museums took part in the 18th edition of the "night of the museums" on Saturday night. The museums that took part had their doors open until late at night, giving guests the opportunity of visiting four brand-new exhibitions in a very special atmosphere.
Several guided tours, workshops and other performances completed the diverse offer.
Next year's date for the annual "night of the museums" event has been set already: It will take place on 12 October 2019.
