The project "Make Koler Kooler" is lending this village an added value by turning it into a constantly growing urban-art museum.
The idea behind ‘Make Koler Kooler’ is to turn the small village of Koler in Western Luxembourg into a colourful urban art museum that is accessible for everyone.
Originally, the project was started by Alain Welter in early 2017 as his final thesis for his illustration and design studies.
It is a constantly growing project with works of art continuously being added to house facades, barns and bridges throughout the countryside village.
Alain Welter is an Illustrator and Mural Artist from Luxembourg, so his works vary from magazine illustrations to large murals. His works are striking and strongly bring his ideas into view.
An official exhibition takes place on 15 July.
