The British Ladies Club of Luxembourg (BLC) is launching “Lëtz Cook” - a cookbook compiling the recipes of members and friends to raise money for charity.

Fancy getting to know a little more about those involved with the BLC (The British Ladies Club of Luxembourg) and enjoying a flavour of all the diverse tastes that make up their group?

Well, this new publication should have all your answers covered. Wendy Casey BLC PR Manager, had this to say on the release and the hopes of significant funds being raised: "The charity book will be ring-bound, A5 in size, will contain 102 pages with a colour cover, black & white interior and a 4-page colour insert in the centre. It is being published in English, with a foreword by the British Ambassador, John Marshall - and the first 30 people to order will receive a copy personally signed by him."

If that weren't enough to whet your appetite, at  just €15, the book will make a wonderful Christmas present for mums, sisters, friends, sons and daughters. Casey continues, "Each chapter heading is beautifully illustrated and many of the recipes are accompanied by personal tales and insights. This is a delightful source of inspiration and will be invaluable for all cooks - whether total beginners, confident amateurs or semi-professionals!"
