Currently serving as deputy general manager, Schleck will take up the newly created CEO position on 1 August, shortly after the conclusion of the 2026 Tour de France. According to the team, the role was specifically created with Schleck in mind as part of a wider restructuring of its leadership team.

The shake-up will also see Grischa Niermann join from Team Visma–Lease a Bike as Chief Sports Officer (CSO). Meanwhile, Dan Lorang will arrive from Red Bull–BORA–Hansgrohe to oversee the team's performance operations.
