LacrosseFit is a six weeks program with twelve sessions and participants will get a free lacrosse stick.
Luxembourg Lacrosse, the national governing body of the sport in The Grand Duchy is launching “LacrosseFit” starting May 4 2021 for anyone looking to get fit and try a new sport which is claimed to be the fastest played on two feet.
The program is a "standardized exercise and strengthening program designed to target fitness development while discovering the sport of Lacrosse with coaches and players from Luxembourg National Team".
The program will address different muscle groups and body areas, say the members behind the plan; "improving conditioning specially after COVID situation has restricted a lot of physical activity for everyone, decreasing fitness levels and chances to socialize why playing a sport".
Participants will need to hand over €60 for the program but will also get a money back guarantee if they don't like the sessions and want to quit at any point of time by handing back the 'free' lacrosse stick.
The sessions begin on Tuesday 4 May at Weimerskirch and Fridays at Stade Boy Konen in Cessange.
