On Bastille Day, Stage 10 of the Tour de France takes the peloton from Aurillac to Le Lioran in the Massif Central. Following the race's first rest day, the riders face what is "only" a 166.6km stage, but the route is anything but straightforward.
In total, seven classified climbs await the peloton, with six of them packed into the final 70 kilometres. As is often the case on Bastille Day at the Tour, there will be little respite on the flat. The second half of the stage is particularly demanding, featuring the Col de la Griffoul, the Puy Mary – Pas de Peyrol and the Col de Pertus.
RTL’s coverage will be broadcast on RTL.lu and RTL Play.
