The young Luxembourger managed a third place in her first run, with a time of 7:30 seconds over 60 metres. This qualified her for the finals, where she was 0.01 second slower than on her first run, giving her a respectable 6th place overall.
The winner was Ewa Swoboda from Poland with 7:03 seconds, followed by Jamaican Elain Thompson-Herah with 7:04 and Pia Skrzyszowska, also from Poland, in third place.
