
45 girls and 101 boys played 72 holes over four days with no cut. A further 36 boys and 13 girls competed in the 36 hole competition playing nine holes on each of the four days, again with no cut.
Representing Luxembourg (by way of Germany, France, Mexico AND the GD) were seven of the Grand Duchy’s hopefuls:
Marie Baertz and Lisa Steingrube in the 16-18 year cat.
Baertz finished up just inside the top ten at 18 over par, while Steingrube (Germany) finished 13th.
Willy Wilge, Stefan Rojas, Andrew Rojas and and Alexandre Dorier competed in the 14-15 cat. While Alexandr Krämer appeared in the 12-13 cat.
Stefan Rojas (Mexico) finished up joint 9th at 15 over, his brother, Andrew placed 17th.
