
After managing sixth place in the time trial on Saturday, the Luxembourg national champion took fifth place on Sunday in the second stage, won by Chloe Hosking.
In the overall classification, Christine Majerus finished in fourth place, with a 35 second gap between Majerus and Germany’s Lisa Brennauer.
Majerus achieved a very good result in this Women’s World Tour event after her victory last week in the Boels Ladies Tour. She is currently in 12th place in the UCI world rankings, her best ranking to date this season.
