Numerous Luxembourgish footballers are active abroad. Here's a rundown of the ups and downs this weekend.

Eldin Dzogovic was subbed in for FC Magdeburg in the 64th minute against Kiel. Shortly after, his team netted the 3:2 and followed-up with a decisive fourth goal during extra time.

Leandro Barreiro lost 1:4 with 1. FSV Mainz 05 to Union Berlin in the Bundesliga. The Luxembourger was given a yellow card in the 80th minute.

In Austria, the match between FK Austria Wien and Wolfsberger AC ended goalless. Marvin Martins was unable to play, as he had been banned with a previous red card.

In the second league, Dirk Carlson won 3:0 with St. Pölten against Kapfenberger SV. The defender was on the pitch for the entire duration of the game.

For Vincent Thill there was a 1:1 draw with Sabah Baku against Neftçi Baku. The midfielder was given a yellow card in the 65th minute.

In the second Belgian division, Alessio Curci lost 2:5 with Francs Borains against the U23 of Genk. The Luxembourger was substituted in the 86th minute.

Laurent Jans played 2:2 with Waldhof Mannheim against VfB Lübeck.

Despite Borussia Mönchengladbach taking the lead with 3:1 against FC Augsburg, the match ended with a 4:4 draw. Yvandro Borges was fouled in the penalty box, leading to a penalty.

Mathias Olesen and 1. FC Köln lost 0:1 to Borussia Dortmund.

Danel Sinani's St Pauli were left goalless against Greuther Fürth.
