Another more unorthodox recommendation is to use so-called “glory holes,” which refer to a hole in a wall or another surface big enough for a penis to slip through. The organisation said on its website: “Use barriers, like walls (e.g., glory holes), that allow for sexual contact but prevent close face-to-face contact.”
