Police said they believed the motive behind the shooting stemmed from a dispute between neighbours.
At around 7.15pm on 28 July, the suspect used a firearm to kill two women and a man in an apartment building on Schubertstrasse, then drove to another residence in the area where he opened fire at two others, leaving them injured.
The police have not yet been able to confirm the exact relationship between the suspect and his victims. Investigations are ongoing.
