A man was arrested following a random stabbing attack on Sunday in the Stoneybatter area of Dublin, according to the Irish Times. Three men were stabbed, and one of the victims was attacked in their doorway.
All three victims were sent to the hospital with two receiving care for more serious injuries, although not life-threatening ones.
It appears that the suspect used regular household utensils during the attacks. Gardaí do not believe these attacks were terrorism-related.
The suspect was arrested on Manor Street, and a statement was put that “there is no ongoing risk to the public at this time.”
