GermanyRhineland-Palatinate reopens brothels

RTL Today
Brothels in Rhineland Palatinate received the green light to reopen their doors on 10 June. Customers will have to respect a number of precautionary measures.

Unlike many other of Germany’s states, Rhineland Palatinate will reopen its brothels next Wednesday. According to the state’s government, face masks have to be worn if physical distance cannot be guaranteed. This rule applies “as long as the service provided allows for it.”

The brothels will also be required to take down contact details of their customers. The same requirement will apply to shisha bars in the future.

Choirs and wind orchestras can also resume rehearsals. The rehearsals, however, cannot be longer than 30 minutes and a physical distance of three metres has to be respected. The room has to be throughly ventilated after each rehearsal.
