There have been a total of 9,045 confirmed Sars-CoV-2 cases in Rheinland-Pfalz.
The death toll remains unchanged at 243, and a total of 7,748 people are now considered as ‘recovered’ - an increase of 62 compared to the previous day.
The largest number of infections in the past seven days was recorded on Sunday with 39 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the district of Trier-Saarburg, followed by the city of Ludwigshafen with 22 cases.
