Strict sanitary measures must be respected to protect staff and clients’ health, however. The hospitality industry is therefore preparing to welcome clients in novel circumstances.
Staff will most likely be required to wear masks, while clients must remain seated as much as possible to avoid spreading the virus.
A number of alternative methods have also been proposed: special hats for clients to wear, massive tyres, plexiglass barriers or even using dolls.
