There had been some confusion on the rules, as the date was quietly changed from 1 March to 1 April on several government websites, but without a clear announcement.

The coordination committee confirmed that all restrictions taken with the decree of 28 October last year will be extended until 1 April. Mostly, this is a measure to avoid a “legal void” after the previous end date of 1 March.

This does not preclude new decisions or modifications being made before that date, however. So, in practice, anything can happen, depending on the evolution of the pandemic.
