The 29 year old perpetrator was arrested. A search of his vehicle yielded a knife and a written statement as to the man’s motive, according to the Nanterre prosecutor’s office on Monday. They did not supply exact details on the person’s motive.
The police officers were stationary on their motorbikes at the time of the incident. Both have since been hospitalised, with one suffering leg fractures while the other is being treated for serious head injuries.
