The bulk of the speech will be toe close to that delivered on the 14th October, when Johnson’s government outlined its legislative plans.

Usually an annual event, The Queen’s speech is the centrepiece of the new state opening of a new session of parliament - there will be no ceremonial robes and no golden carriage.
