Graffiti artist Razor painted a pink mask on the train on Sunday night, adorning it with yellow hearts, before posting his creation on Instagram. Deutsche Bahn reacted unusually positively to the graffiti, using it as an opportunity to remind passengers of the important of wearing masks on board their trains.
Masks became mandatory on public transport in Germany some time ago, although there are many dissenters. Recently Deutsche Bahn was subjected to criticism for not enforcing the obligatory masks on its trains.
Razor is one of Germany’s most well-known graffiti artists and specialises in trainwriting.
