According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, global cases of the new pandemic have reached 407,485.
The spread of the disease has increased exponentially over the last few days.
It took approximately 79 days for COVID-19, which originated in Wuhan, China, in late December, to get to 200,000 confirmed cases on March 18th.
Unfortunately, the next 200,000 cases have been reached in only 6 days.
