The 50-year-old father and his 23-year-old son were hospitalised at CHRU in Nancy after testing positive for coronavirus, the regional health authority confirmed. They are originally from the Aisne department in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France.
Health officials said the health condition of the father was “worrying but stable.” They added that the son’s state was not worrying.
The origin of their infection has not yet been determined.
