A jogger discovered a human torso floating the Moselle river in Thionville on Sunday morning. The judiciary police of Metz reportedly launched an investigation.
The victim is yet to be identified as police cannot include the analysis of fingerprints, facial recognition, or the examination of the victim’s genitalia in their investigation. An autopsy will be carried out in Nancy.
