The attack happened around 6.15pm on Rue du Lièvre. According to Le Républicain Lorrain, the victim was allegedly stabbed by a friend following an apparent dispute.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, the teenager, who was wounded near the lung, could not be revived. An investigation has been opened to clarify the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
