Four people were injured in three separate car accidents across Luxembourg on Monday evening.

According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), two people were injured shortly after 12.30am during the night between Stuppicht and Blaschette, when a car left the road on the CR125 and collided with a tree. Two ambulances, from Junglinster and Larochette, were dispatched to the scene.

Earlier in the evening, two further accidents had already occurred. One person was injured at 5.23pm when a car veered into a ditch on the CR101 between Garnich and Hivange. An ambulance from Mamer attended the scene.

Just after 10pm, another car struck a tree between Hierheck and Lehrhof. One person was injured in that incident, and an ambulance from Wiltz was called out.
