According to the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), one person was reportedly injured in an accident. Emergency services from Esch-sur-Alzette were dispatched to the scene.
Separately, shortly before 10pm, smoke was seen over construction works in Luxembourg City’s Belair district, specifically on Rue de l’Ouest. No injuries were reported. Firefighters from Luxembourg City were at the scene, as well as an ambulance.
