Water levels along the Moselle are continuing to rise and are expected to exceed the yellow vigilance threshold of 530cm at the Stadtbredimus gauge on Friday evening. In Remich, levels are forecast to reach 452cm.
Peak levels of around 560cm are anticipated at the Stadtbredimus gauge on Saturday evening. Authorities say further updates will follow should conditions evolve.
