The Minister of the Environment, Serge Wilmes, confirmed the delayed timeframe in a parliamentary response and emphasised that no distinction is made between applications for photovoltaics, solar thermal, or heat pumps.
Additionally, Wilmes announced plans to introduce pre-financing for climate subsidies, starting with photovoltaic installations, to ease the financial burden on applicants.
Wilmes expressed surprise at the high volume of applications received, and noted that applications can now also be submitted through MyGuichet.
