Emergency services report that firefighters were called to action on Monday evening after a wildfire broke out between Livange and Bettembourg, followed by another deployment in Luxembourg City.

On Monday evening, a wildfire broke out along the national road between Livange and Bettembourg, requiring the deployment of firefighters from Bettembourg, Roeser, and Dudelange. Although no details were provided, the Grand Ducal Rescue and Fire Corps (CGDIS) reports no injury.

Around 1.30am, firefighters were deployed once again due to an alleged fire at Rue du Laboratoire in Luxembourg City, which turned out to be a false alarm.
