Roadworks on the N13 between Wickrange and Pontpierre will run from around 8pm on Friday until 5am on Monday, with crews renewing the carriageway on the short stretch between the two over the weekend.
The work will affect more than just the N13, however, as it also has knock-on effects for the Esch-sur-Alzette motorway. With various access points closed, the only way onto the A4 will be from Pontpierre heading into Luxembourg City. The access towards Esch-sur-Alzette, along with the motorway exits to Pontpierre and Wickrange, will also be shut.
Diversions are signposted on site, but drivers are advised to plan for considerably more time on their respective journeys.
