Three new deaths from COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total death toll in the Grand Duchy to 632.
12,516 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 2.59%.
There are 64 patients in standard hospital care, down two from yesterday, while the number in intensive care decreased by one to 16.
As of today’s update, there were 2,982 active infections in Luxembourg, while 51,064 patients had recovered from the virus.
The R rate increased slightly from 1.02 to 1.06.
24,508 people have received their first vaccine dose in Luxembourg, while 8,862 have received a second dose.
