Calling all creators, artists, start-ups and merchants! Are you looking looking to set-up shop in the bustling heart of Luxembourg city?
The Ville de Luxembourg is now taking applications for short-term rentals in a variety of commercial spaces in the Gare district. Each pop-up space can be rented anywhere from one to six months with rents ranging in price from €650 to €2.250.
The goal of the “Pop-up stores” project is to allow start-ups, creators and other entrepreneurs the opportunity to test out new concepts, products or services in a space where they can communicate directly with their clientele. Pop-up shops also offer a first-hand experience in a physical space, allowing business owners to launch themselves into the commercial world.
Additionally, the implementation of pop-up shops contributes to the cultivation of a rich and diversified commercial offer within Luxembourg city.
Application is open to all via this form. Candidates will be selected based on a variety of factors including availability, originality and quality. Please note that only fully completed applications will be considered.
