After a fairly hot day on Friday during which a few localised thunderstorms broke out around Luxembourg, temperatues are set to remain high - even increase moderately - this weekend.

This has led Metrolux to issue yellow alerts for heat for both Saturday and Sunday.
That is not the only weather warning that has been put in place, however: the weather forecasts also say we can expect intense precipitation of up to 20 liters per m² accompanied by strong gusts of wind reaching up to 80 km/h on Sunday.
