On Saturday afternoon, a teenager was attacked in Mersch, where two unidentified youths stole his jacket, mobile phone, and electric scooter. A manhunt led to the recovery of the scooter, and further investigations are ongoing.
Early Sunday morning, a similar incident took place on Rue de Strasbourg in Luxembourg City’s Gare district. A man was approached by another individual who engaged him in conversation before demanding money. The attacker then pushed the victim to the ground and stole his wallet.
Both cases remain under investigation.
