A double jackpot for two lucky winners. On Monday, the National Lottery announced that it had recorded two winners of the maximum prize in its High 5 game.
To mark the anniversary of the game, which is celebrating its fifth year, the National Lottery had doubled the winnings throughout the week of 10 and 16 July.
With the amount doubled, still for a €1 stake, High 5 brought in €100,000 for both winners. It was a real stroke of luck as they had to pick the right five numbers between 1 and 32.
A draw is made every day by the National Lottery.
“Let’s hope that luck continues to visit our players as last week also saw a player win €100,000 with Extralux,” the National Lottery added in its announcement.
Last year, players shared over €94 million in winnings. This enabled the Lottery to boost its turnover and donate more than €23 million to the Grand Duchess Charlotte’s National Relief Society.
