Two people have had their driving licenses revoked due to high alcohol levels in their system.

In the night to Sunday, police responded to a call concerning a heavily intoxicated man struggling to control his dog and who was intending to drive away. The man had to undergo a breathalyzer test, which resulted in the immediate suspension of his driver’s license - his alcohol levels were dangerously high. The precise location of the incident was not provided in the police report.

At approximately 2:45 AM on the Route d’Ettelbruck in Diekirch, a driver was caught speeding, exceeding the 50 km/h limit by driving at 67 km/h. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the driver presented signs of intoxication, leading to the administration of a breathalyzer test. The results indicated a high level of alcohol, resulting in the suspension of the their license.
