
Two people were injured in separate road accidents between Thursday evening and Friday morning, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS).
The first incident occurred in Nommern at approximately 7.20pm on Thursday evening, where a driver was injured after crashing their vehicle.
A second accident took place in the early hours of Friday morning on the CR226. At around 2.40am, a car left the road between Itzig and Contern and collided with a tree.
Emergency services from Hesperange, Moutfort, and Luxembourg City responded to the scene, supported by the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (SAMU).
