On Saturday morning, crews from the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) were called out for two separate incidents.
At approximately 9.50am, a car struck a pedestrian on Rue de Kleinbettingen in Steinfort. In addition to paramedics and firefighters from Steinfort, the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (SAMU) from Luxembourg City also responded to the scene.
At around 10.30am, a motorcyclist was injured in a crash in Echternach. Paramedics from Mertert and firefighters from Echternach were despatched to the incident.
