
A car accident involving material damage occurred on Avenue du Dix Septembre in Luxembourg City on Tuesday. Police report that the driver involved tested positive for alcohol and it was discovered that his driving license had already been revoked, requiring the police to inform the public prosecutor’s office.
Another police report states that a collision between two vehicles on the A4 at the Gasperich intersection left two people injured and in need of hospitalisation. One of the drivers tested positive for alcohol and his license was consequently revoked. The prosecutor’s office was informed of the case.
The police were also called to action twice in Käerjeng. A driver was noticeably under the influence and subsequently tested positive for alcohol, resulting in a fine.
Another driver caught the attention of citizens due to erratic driving manoeuvres in a car park, leading them to inform the police. After briefly searching for the car, officers were able to ascertain its location in Niederkorn. The driver had no license, leading to a confiscation of the vehicle, a report, and the public prosecutor’s office being informed of the case.
