Shortly after the incident, the car was found on a meadow (Porte des Ardennes) in Erpeldange-sur-Sûre.
Two men with long brown hair were seen inside the car. Both are currently nowhere to be found. One of the man was wearing brown-green trousers and the other a pair of jeans. Anyone with potentially pertinent information about this case is asked to contact the Diekirch police department, by calling either (+352) 244 80 1000 or the emergency number 113. Drivers in the area are asked not to pick up any hitchhikers for the time being.
