The objective of the operation was to reinforce police presence on site, ensure the respect of local rules, and to check for potential drug infractions.
During the intervention officers issued two fines, as well as four verbal warnings, for drug offences, primarily for hashish and material linked to its consumption. The offending items were confiscated, along with a small amount of hashish which was unable to be traced back to its owner.
Eighteen officers participated in the operation, alongside two sniffer dogs.
These checks will be conducted at random throughout the summer in Remerschen.
