RTL Today
On Tuesday afternoon, police in Luxembourg dealt with two incidents involving drink-drivers.

In Schifflange, authorities received a report about a vehicle that had hit another car while executing a manoeuvre. The driver responsible for the hit-and-run incident simply continued on their way.

Shortly afterwards, the police located the driver near their residence. Subsequent breathalyser testing confirmed that they were inebriated.

In addition, it was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle without a valid licence. An official report was filed against the individual, and their car was seized under the directive of the public prosecutor’s office.

Around 5.15pm on the same day, another driver came under police scrutiny due to their dangerous driving behaviour along Route d’Arlon in Luxembourg City.

The police intervened, managing to stop and examine the driver, who turned out to be intoxicated. As a result, their driving licence was immediately revoked.
