The first incident was reported at around midday on the A3, between Berchem services and the Croix de Gasperich. Two cars were involved in a collision, blocking one lane in the direction of the capital. Although the accident has since been cleared up, congestion may persist throughout the afternoon.

The A1 towards Trier was also suffering from congestion after a lorry broke down just after the Iergärtchen exit. Drivers are advised to exercise caution following reports of a rogue tyre.

On the A4, three cars were embroiled in a collision by the A6 slip road towards the A1 and Luxembourg City, blocking the right-hand lane. Traffic was able to pass via the left lane and the slip road was still accessible, but traffic jams may still continue throughout the day. The fire brigade and police were on the scene.
