Five people were injured in three seperate incidents across the Grand Duchy between 7.30am and 10am.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Service (CGDIS) have reported that at 7.35am on Thursday, two cars collided on the RN07 between Mersch and Roost, near the motorway slip road. Two people sustained injuries as a result and were treated by the Nordstad ambulance and Mersch fire brigade.

Elsewhere, two cars collided on the CR266 between Syren and Dalheim shortly after 8am. One person was hurt. An ambulance from Finde was dispatched to the scene, alongside fire fighters from Dalheim.

Three cars were involved in a collision on the A6 motorway near Steinfort at 9.45am, leaving two people injured. Local paramedics were supported by the Mamer ambulance at the scene.
